“Energy Transition Plan A” aims to set the new energy planning standard in order to make the necessary global energy transition cheaper, faster and safer. In order to achieve the transformation of the energy system and avoid bottlenecks in the transmission of electricity from renewable resources or even blackouts (i.e. power outages), so-called “energy system models” are used. The scientific developments of such models are currently far ahead of the industry. However, the application of scientific models in industry is often prevented by technical barriers. The aim of the project is therefore to make the models developed in science more attractive and to market them so that they can become established in real applications.
