As part of the mentoring program MINToring, the IAI welcomes four new female Master's students this summer semester.

For this purpose, the new mentees were invited to a welcome event at the institute on June 23, 2023. After a short round of getting to know each other, the MINToring program was presented and the tasks of mentors and mentees were highlighted. Afterwards, both mentors and the new mentees prioritized and recorded during an individual brainstorming session what they wanted and hoped for from their partner and the program in general which was then exchanged in the large group.

Finally, the new mentees were given a brief tour of the institute. The event ended with a relaxed lunch together.
