This summer semester IAI welcomes six new female master's students as part of the MINToring mentoring program.

Thus, since the start of the initiative in winter 2020, 19 mentees have already been supported by a total of 14 female mentors.

On June 23, 2022, the new mentees were invited to the institute as part of a welcome event, where a space for exchange and discourse was created for mentors and mentees. Besides getting to know each other with interactive games, the concept of mentoring was examined more closely and illuminated from the perspective of both the mentors and the mentee. In this way, everyone was able to collect a lot of new input for the upcoming time in MINToring.
