Karlsruhe House of Young Scientists (KHYS)

We congratulate our former institute colleague Dr. Nicole Ludwig on the award of the 13th KIT Doctoral Award of the year 2019/2020. This annual prize is awarded to outstanding KIT doctoral students who serve as role models for other young scientists.

Dr. Nicole Ludwig received her doctorate at the IAI in the Machine Learning for Time Series and Images (ML4TIME) group and the DFG Research Training Group GRK 2153/1 “Energy State Data - Computer Science - Methods for Acquisition, Analysis, and Use” on the topic “Data-Driven Methods for Demand-Side Flexibility in Energy Systems”.

Since 01.11.2020 she is head of the group Machine Learning in Sustainable Energy Systems at the University of Tübingen.
