Markus Vogelbacher received the NAMUR Award on 9th November at the 81st NAMUR general meeting in Bad Neuenahr for his doctoral thesis "A new method for camera-based analysis of multi-fuel burners in industrial combustion processes". NAMUR is a leading international association of users of automation technology and awards annual theses in the field of "intelligent process control and operational management" e.g. in automation technology, electrical engineering, information technology, measurement and control engineering, process control technology and process engineering.
