I am a cybersecurity researcher specializing in industrial control systems security. As part of the Secure Energy Systems research group at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), I focus on developing scalable and resilient cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure, particularly within IEC 61850-based substation environments. His research addresses challenges such as real-time file integrity monitoring, AI-based access control, and AI-based log management, mitigating false positives, and improving the resilience of industrial networks against sophisticated cyber threats.

Interests:

  • Development of DFIM to enhance security in critical infrastructure.
  • AI-based access control.
  • AI-based log management.
  • Integration of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) with real-time monitoring.
  • Strengthening compliance with standards such as NERC CIP, NIST, and IEC 61850.
